Online Bill Pay Instructions
- On the sign-in window, click “Make Payment”.
- Verify patient information (First Name, Last Name, Birthday), then click OK. Our system will attempt to verify the information with an existing patient. If validation is successful, the “Payment Options” window will open.
- Enter your payment amount and any notes, then click “Continue”.
- Enter your credit card information, then click “Submit” to instantly process the payment with the credit card provider and complete the transaction.
If you get an error message of “Multiple patients found with this name and birthdate”, please call us at 812-280-7500 during normal business hours and we can help get your account set up.
Access Full Patient Portal
If you would like full access to our patient portal to view your scheduled and completed appointments along with your account payments and statements, email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 812-280-7500 for help getting your account set up.
